scott brown was born on January 18th, 1983, in Greenwich, CT. He moved around Connecticut quite a bit in his pre-school years before settling in Old Saybrook, CT, for the start of his kindergarten classes. There he stayed throughout his elementary, middle, and high school years, graduating in 2001. He started playing bass guitar when he was 12 and joined a band called Decaf soon after. Not content with being a non-writing part of a go-nowhere band he split the group and started a band with Tyler Seely called The Occupant Load. Over many years and several different line-ups, that band evolved into doublethink. He currently lives in New London, CT.
