Jeff Callahan was born in New Haven, CT, on February 3, 1983. He grew up in Guilford, CT, receiving his first drum kit when he was 6 years old. He played drums throughout his pre-teen years and in high school started a ska band called The Flaming Tsunamis. He played drums with the Tsunamis for a quite a while, sometimes playing in other groups on the side. All in all, Jeff has been in 7 bands: The Flaming Tsunamis, Your Girlfriend, Drien, Injoy, Cross Cut, Livewire, and of course, doublethink. Outside of doublethink, Jeff writes and records rap songs and has worked with scott on writing and recording some of his own rock material. Jeff has moved back to Guilford after living in pretty much every corner of CT for the past few years.
